Engineers choose Nason for accurate, long-life switching and easy integration in industrial automation, with applications ranging from backup horns on forklifts to braking and steering controls in military vehicles to everyday manufacturing lines. Choose a diaphragm switch for low to medium pressures or a piston switch for higher ranges to get crisp on/off performance and consistent set points. Every unit is configurable with broad media and electrical connection options.
Nason pressure switches use a snap-action device actuated by either an elastomer diaphragm or a piston. That design avoids creep at the set point and provides consistent, repeatable switching. The sensing element moves a precise 0.040 in. to ensure instantaneous contact.
Under typical operating conditions, Nason switches are rated for over one million cycles, helping reduce downtime and total cost of ownership. Each unit is tested for accuracy before it leaves the facility.
From low to high pressure, models span set points from approximately 2 psi up to 7,500 psi, with both adjustable and factory-preset versions available to match specification and validation needs.
Choose from a large catalog of media connections such as NPT, BSP, SAE, JIS, DIN, and MS, and electrical connections including sealed connectors and conduit options like M12, Deutsch, Metri-Pack, Weather Pack, DIN, and more.
Models are available in NEMA 4 and 13 constructions for harsh environments, supporting performance in wash-down, dust-laden, or outdoor conditions.
Multiple families carry UL, CSA, and select military approvals to support specification in regulated applications.
Low through high-pressure models cover roughly 2 to 7,500 psi with options for diaphragm or piston sensing, adjustable or preset set points, and a wide mix of media and electrical connections for pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Factory-preset or field-adjustable models span about 1 to 28 inches Hg and are available in NEMA 4 and 13 constructions
Mechanical temperature switches designed for reliable, repeatable actuation with broad electrical connection choices and recognized approvals.
Match your wiring standard with sealed connectors, conduit entries, quick connects, wire leads, DIN styles, M12, Deutsch, Metri-Pack, Weather Pack, and others.
